1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

The item must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind (unless required by law)

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Items returned without prior approval

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
For international returns, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified by email
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note:
Bank or card providers may take additional time to process the refund
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

If approved:
We will offer a replacement or refund
We will cover return or reshipment costs (if applicable)
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

7. International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to:

Brokerage fees
These charges:

Are not included in your order total

8. EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery

Items must be returned unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item price (excluding original shipping costs).
This right does not apply to:

9. PayPal & Chargebacks (Important)
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.
Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution.
We provide:

to payment providers in the event of a dispute.
10. Consumer Law (Australia)
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for:

11. High-Value Items
For items valued over $200 AUD:

Returns must be shipped using tracked and insured shipping

The item must be returned in original condition and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned damaged, altered, or incomplete
Refunds for high-value items are only processed once the item has been received and inspected.
